  • Cupuaçu Juice: Make this by mixing 2 glasses of natural water with 3 tablespoons of cupuaçu pulp and sweetener to taste.
  • Brazilian Mousse: Place 33 cl of condensed milk and 500 g of cupuaçu pulp in a blender. Dissolve 10 grams of unflavored gelatin in a cup of hot water and combine all the ingredients. Pour the cream into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Cupuaçu Cake: Thoroughly mix 3 cups of brown sugar with 250 g of vegetable butter. Once a smooth mixture is achieved, add 4 eggs, 4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 200 g of cupuaçu. Also gradually add one cup of whole milk. You will get a smooth batter to cook in a pan.
  • Corn and Cupuaçu Pudding: In a blender, place 33 cl of condensed milk, 2 eggs, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Add half a cupuaçu fruit. Blend all the ingredients together and pour into molds. Cook in a water bath for 30 minutes. Serve with caramel.
