Then cut the peels and let them dry in the oven at 50° for about 3 hours or in direct sunlight for at least 1 week, then place them on the bottom of the jar and pour the two oils over them.

Let everything rest in a dry, dark place, just remember to move the contents from time to time. Once 50 days have passed, open the jar and squeeze the lemon peels.
