A delicious meat free burger recipe

Here’s a mouth-watering recipe to transform the classic meat burger in a second into an organic healthy and tasty version, ideal for winter but also excellent in the other seasons of the year.
Here’s what you need for this easy and delicious meat free burger recipe:
- 3 medium red potatoes, steamed
- 1/4 of a small cabbage steamed
- 250 grams of boiled chickpeas
- salt
- chive
- parsley
- extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation: After boiling or steaming the chickpeas, potatoes and cabbage, blend them in a food processor and then place in a large bowl. Season with salt, add the chopped parsley and chives. Mix everything until the mixture is smooth and soft.
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes and then begin to make the burgers, they should have a thickness of about an inch and a half.

Use a nonstick frying pan, heat some oil and fry the vegetarian burgers for 1-2 minutes, just long enough for them to brown on both sides. Serve with a salad of lettuce and tomatoes.
